The Green Housing Credential demonstrates a commitment to energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, sustainable practices, and a cleaner environment.

Set your housing apart from competitors and show your commitment to the growing ranks of green consumers.

Our credentialing process adds credibility and authenticity to your Green Housing Credential.

The Credential is being offered at an introductory rate of only $75. This offer is only available for a limited time. Once it expires the standard rate of $150 will apply.

Credential Requirements
a. Complete the 16-hour CGPM course.
b. Earn a combined score of 60 or higher in the seven areas of the Green Housing Checklist:
  1. Sustainability Commitment
  2. Energy efficiency
  3. Indoor environmental quality
  4. Site Sustainability
  5. Water Conservation
  6. Green operation and maintenance
  7. Tenant green education

If you have taken other Green Property courses from us before, please confirm the name of your company or community (you may need to log in in first). The community name will appear on your official credential.
